We deeply value Music and how this can support our children’s wider development. Mrs Marsh leads a rich and exciting Music curriculum across our school and encourages children to attend instrumental tuition and choir opportunities.

Forest School

We offer the chance for our younger learners to learn outside of their classroom on a weekly basis. These sessions are led by a trained, in school, Forest School Leader and take place in our very own dedicated environment.

Boxgrove: “Spirit of the Games“

Physical Education (PE) is an integral part of the curriculum at Boxgrove. We understand the positive impact these early experiences can have on the physical and mental well-being of our pupils and therefore constantly strive to offer the very best.

Annually, we hold our own sports day as well as competing with other schools across the Compass Partnership.  We also take part in a number of weekly and annual sports competitions in partnership with schools across the Royal Borough of Greenwich.  In recent years, Boxgrove has represented the Royal Borough of Greenwich at the London games.

FRENCH

Our chosen Modern Foreign Language is French and is taught in all classes across our school.
